There was a stamp issue from Royal Mail with owls, and I think this is one of the nicer issues RM have issued.

Both are fine stamps! I've got a couple from those series. The bioluminiscent life stamp looks awesome on mail.
I agree about the awesomeness of the bioluminescent stamps.
And I always like a nice owl :)
